What would you do if a top stylist or colorist came to your salon for employment? They posess impecable skills, experince, manufacturer connections, up to date portfoliio, certifications and presented a resume. What would you offer them? Why should they work for you? Would you pay them a draw, guarantee, salary, book them up? Or would you simply offer them what you typically offer to everyone else? BTW, they just moved to your state and have no clientele.
